Perform a proper repair and repave this tiny stretch of critical asphalt. This is a crossing on the hike and bike trail and is a constant tripping hazard.

This causes people to jaywalk because the signals are unreliable. Also, cars turning right are never looking for pedestrians. Ive had several near misses by drivers not even stopping before they turn right. We should consider making this a no right on red area. You have tons of pedestrians using this intersection as they walk from the many parking lots nearby.
