    Blind spot for traffic caused by overgrowth of bushes in planter! Can be dangerous for people turning right...the bushes block visibility of oncoming traffic for 2 out of 3 lanes, for northbound traffic on Texas Avenue. This can be particularly dangerous with pedestrians trying to cross as well, as a vehicle is turning right. Not sure if this falls under "parks departments" or who exactly. Thank you for your attention to this issue!
