    I have reported this issue a while back and the representative came down to the property and said there were 3 bins for the 3 units. However, 31 Ridge Street New Haven is a FOUR family home and the tenants there have been complaining about the trash bins for months.

    Please send out the 4th toter as soon as possible.

    I know this property has had a post before but the 3rd tenant in this home has been complaining since he moved in that he is missing a black Garbage Bin.

    The toter was supposed to arrive in APRIL.

    PLease advise ASAP
