    A hole from a tree that fell on the Fairfield St. side of 68 Beverly during Sandy needs to be filled. Had a NHPW sawhorse lying in it but has been moved to cover nearby missing storm drain cover.

    The cover is missing from storm drain on Fairfield St. side of 68 Beverly Rd. Moved a NHPW sawhorse from nearby tree stump hole over storm drain for safety.
  • 80 Glenview Terrace - Amity
    The Norway maple closest to the corner of Glenview and Fairfield (alongside 80 Glenview Terr) has several dead branches in it. This afternoon (a sunny day with just a slight breeze) a large branch (>20 ft long) came crashing down on to the sidewalk. Luckily, no one was hurt, but there are several more dead branches in the tree that should be removed before someone is injured.
  • 331 Fairfield St. - Amity
    Tree roots have uplifted the sidewalk panels, leaving a 4 inch drop. An attempted asphalt patch has left a gooey black mess that sticks to shoes and stroller wheels. Rather than dumping more blacktop on this spot, new sidewalk squares need to be poured. The sidewalk in question is in front of 331 Fairfield St.
