I do appreciate DGS having a word with them, as they immediately started shoveling after. However, they did not get even close to the pavement, not even close to the width of the sidewalk, but most importantly did not clear to the intersection. People walking still can't get to the sidewalk. Please see picture. I don't mean to sound like a cry-baby, but there are minimum standards already set by Albany. Thank you.
