Description
I was crossing this intersection with another lady and her kids and a driver coming down 20th didn’t yield to us crossing and sped right in front of us nearly missing the stroller the woman was pushing. An HPD cop was at the intersection and saw it all take place. I assumed I had some level of protection as a pedestrian with the officer witnessing the driver not yield. Why do we even have traffic laws if police aren’t going to enforce them? Someone could have easily been hit and injured or worse.
