Did P&R decide that it wasn't damaged enough to repair? That would not be unreasonable, but it has not been fixed.
Per Parks & Recreation: The City is beginning a project to install mile markers at quarterly intervals across the entire Capital Area Greenway System. Part of this project will include assessing existing mile markers for damage, and those will be included in the repair/replacement. We are conducting the inventory now, and will then put the project out to bid. I would anticipate beginning installation in the first quarter of 2014.
