Description

Portable electric sign / billboard has been placed on the shoulder (close to the edge of the travel lane) of Boulevard without cones or warning for cyclists, landscape trailers, trucks, busses, etc. Bottom edge of sign is at the optimum height to be struck by a cyclist at night (while sign is off / not in use).
