Q. What is the issue?

Q. If a parking issue, what is the problem?
A. Why is Parking not enforced on this street. Some of us are paying for an expensive garage, or for permits and then there are people who park all day on south and north sides for free. Including construction vehicles. The south side is only enforced at 7 am. North side is never enforced.
