2/4/19 I got an email asking me to comment or close this issue. If I don't comment periodically, will the issue be closed automatically? In any case, I want the issue to stay open, because the dead tree is still there, dropping medium size branches on the street and sidewalk, while we wait for a bigger limb to fall.
