Description

This porta potty has been here for months with no apparent construction activity on the property requiring outdoor human waste deposits. It stinks and is an eyesore.

The correct address is 110 Pershing. There is a current building permit for this address that expires in January. Part of the building permit requires a port-a-potty. Generally speaking, there is no ordinance against having a port-a-potty on your property. For specific questions regarding the building permit, please contact the Building Official at 979-764-3570.
