also asked...
Q. What is your area of concern?
A. No Traffic Signal - Traffic Signals.
Q. Why is this a concern?
A. Traffic gets backed up enough due to higher residential and commercial population in area that during heavier traffic hours it can be 8 cars deep in both lanes on all 4 sides of intersection that inevitably ends up with cars honking, cars not knowing whose turn it is and feels similar to when a traffic signal is out at a busy intersection and everyone has to just figure it out. Ive seen multiple times where an accident almost happened from not knowing whose turn it is.
Q. Problem occurs at what time of day?
A. 4pm-7pm
Q. What direction were you traveling?
A. All
