Description

Contrary to COH inspection, the odor of sewer continue and flow in the ditches persists, as shown in the attached video. COH, please do not blindly close this issue again. There is a serious issue with the sewer main on Clyde, which has been present for well over 6 months; it is the city's obligation to maintain civic services for it's tax-paying citizens.
