Bunny thanks for the quick response. I never thought it was a bulk pickup issue. I assumed it would be a code enforce3ment issue. Put again the ticket is closed and the issue is still unresolved. How do we track the resolution at Code enforcement if the ticket gets closed before the item is finalized.

We are sorry but this is not an issue for Code Enforcement either. This does not meet the definition of an accumulation of trash. This is actually an issue for the Health Department, because it concerns a restaurant and we have no jurisdiction over them. Please contact them at (804) 205-3912 to report your concerns.
