Description

This rental looks like crap now, has only gotten worse as the weather has improved. Edited to correct street number.

There's more trash all over the yard and into the street, but people sometimes stop to pick up what's in the street.

Thanks for reporting. I have referred this to the City’s Housing and Environmental Inspections Division. When the inspectors have had a chance to investigate I will post an update.

An inspector investigated and initiated a public nuisance case on 3/18/2013 with deadline of 3/28/2013. The inspector will follow-up to make sure this issue is resolved.
