Description
Three cars are parked in cul-de-sac on Robertson Drive snowplows cannot get in to thoroughly plow in street and my own driveway plow person cannot get down my driveway because these cars are blocking the access for the plows. Not sure if they are student cars or resident cars but I do not recognize the cars as being resident's cars and I have Quinnipiac student living on each side of the cul de sac. These are all cars with Connecticut license plates as follows: Dark color Toyota Prius plate number 8ARXD5, white Volkswagen Jetta plate number AL76140, and a dark colored Nissan Sentra plate number AF95322.

spw226,
There is not a separate set of laws for Quinnipiac students. Why do you try to differentiate between "residents" who live on your street and "students" who live on your street? If students live on your street, they too are residents.
You obviously have bad feelings about students living in your neighborhood. Do they party a lot and make lots of noise? If so, that sounds like perfectly normal college life to me. They are the future leaders of our country. Lighten up; especially if they're not breaking any laws.
