While the city hasn't done a very timely or proactive job informing people, it's been on the news and in the solid waste website some a week after a Harvey that regular recycling service was to be suspended for cleanup priorities.
All these people who are leaving their over stuffed bins on the street need to take a moment to reflect on being just a bit more responsible.
