Description

The Grinch has been stealing Christmas packages left on porches and stoops on Q ave again. Please keep a watch and call the police. If you see anyone walking "away from a house" with a package talk to them nicely and explain the thefts and ask where they live. If they run, get a description and call the police. Thanks.
