Description

All along the south side of King, West of John, restaurants are already taking up 1/2 of the sidewalk -- then they feel they need to take up the rest of it with illegal sandwich board signs. I had to step out into the road as a stroller was coming in the opposite direction and there was no more room left on the sidewalk. There are multiple offenders in this block. There's no room left for pedestrians.
