Description
I saw that in-road pedestrian signs have been placed all around Southern Connecticut State University. I saw several there this past weekend.
What's taking these so long for the one at W Rock & Edgewood to be returned to service?

"Spring has sprung!!! And soon, our in-road pedestrian signs will again spring up at unsignalized crosswalks around the city. April 7th is National Start! Walking Day. We will have all the in-road pedestrian signs placed for this day and will be planning a few Street Smarts Walk to Work events on the morning of the 7th."
That's the word from Dep Dir of TT&P sent to all Alders a couple days ago.
