I could ask Richie C WHY the Water Fountains in our Parks are OFF? After walking one DOES get thirsty -- Especially Children playing in the Hot Sun.

The sprinklers at Carter Park are under the jurisdiction of the School Department. There are currently no water restrictions in the City of Chelsea. They are minimally watering to ensure they do not loose the grass.
