Description

The ditches down Kiam are not graded correctly. There are areas of obstruction down the road that does not allow the storm water to flow down the street. In turn, my yard continually holds water, the front yard floods, the drains from the backyard cannot drain during a storm thus flooding my backyard. During the past storm, it was about 1 inch from getting into the back door. The ditches need to be cleaned and graded to allow proper flow.
