Description

Missing crosswalk and curb ramps where C St. SE crosses Mass. Ave. SE. Theres even guide marks spray painted for a crosswalk, but no crosswalk. Also, the lack of curb ramps is likely a violation of ADA - no way to cross the street in a wheelchair.
