if you look under the title "dangerous intersection" you will see it says DERBY... it always shows on top as Ansonia neighborhood, but it IS posted as Derby! Emmett ave is and has been a two way street before route 8 existed, Are you suggesting that traffic shouldn't flow in both directions on Emmett Ave? There is another southbound on-ramp a half mile away on Seymour ave, so CLOSE the Emmett ave on ramp then if you think thats the issue, but in the interim , some yellow lines on the pavement on a dangerous road would be a cheap simple start
