First of all drug and alcohol addicted vagrants don’t care about themselves, so of course they don’t care about the trail of destruction they leave behind! This problem with vagrants will be with us for years to come. Second where do you think the city’s priorities lie, it’s not in the area of east Central, they will concentrate their efforts on the more affluent parts of town while east Central withers on the vine. Expect more homeless camps, increased blight and drug trafficking, more aggressive panhandling and more break-ins and violent crime. It’s the nature of the beast!
