This appears to be a utilities issue. And more cold patch has been added to the sink holes. The area is marked for resurfacing.

Additional cold patch was added and the area was assessed. The patch is now safe when driving at the posted speed. The permanent patch has been scheduled to be completed in the next 3 to 4 weeks. Should the patch sink to a dangerous level please call the Bureau of Utilities at 410-313-4900 between 6:30 am and 5:00 pm or 410-313-2929 after hours and weekends so we can add additional patch.
