Comcast cable post has been like this for years. It has exposed and corroded wires sticking out of a gaping hole in the plastic cover.

Thank you for your report. This issue is not under County jurisdiction and must be addressed by the appropriate Utility Company (Verizon, BGE, Comcast, etc).
