The tenants at 22 Lynwood consistently block access to the sidewalk with their vehicles. They do it every day, even from google street view you can see a car parked there in November 2020.

Please resolve this issue - last time I was told that New Haven parking authority would not resolve this, and to contact the police or transportation traffic and parking, but both of their websites lead back here.
