Thanks for the quick response. Tuesdays though Thursdays have more people commuting to work, hence more congestion. The Marin & Grove intersection is really bad in the afternoon. Will try the East district phone number.

Agreed, before the pandemic, there used to be a police officer regularly stationed at the intersection of Columbus and Marin during the PM weekday rush hour. Traffic regularly "blocks the box" and dangerous driving from many drivers is a constant threat to the safety of pedestrians, bicyclists, and other drivers. I will reach out to the Eastern District as well. Thank you.
