Crew was out on 3/4/24 backfilled sink hole with filter paper and topsoil, after further inspection pipe going from raised inlet to Indian Summer inlet multiple breaks along pipe.

Thanks for filling the whole, unfortunately most of the new dirt has already washed away and its deep again

I see the pipe has multiple breaks - when is the plan to fix it? We have had many instances of flooding in our backyard there, maybe due to the breaks?

Hello. I wanted to ask if there was still a plan to fix. The temporary tape/stakes are starting to lean over/wear down and with summer coming we’d like to have full access to our yard. Thank you for your attention.

I apologize for this dragging on so long. The County does not have an easement for the storm drain pipe here on CA property. We have had extensive research done. We maintained the area around the drain to make if safe until we could determine ownership. I will reach out to CA on your behalf.

Sent an email request over to Columbia Association requesting they look into ownership. 5/3/2024

This is regarding your request for easement ownership. The closest address being 5838 Indian Summer. The County has a public sewer main (34-3586-D) running through this easement. We maintain the sewer main only and not the land on top. Let me know if you have questions.

Dear User Joshua Lukin, I'm not sure who Diana is. I placed a written request to CA and they created a work order for their folks to investigate. CA. WO#7543. I have not heard back from them. All I can tell you is that Howard County does not maintain this system. I left this work order open to keep you updated as I receive information.

I’m happy to follow up with CA if that is next step but now grass getting overgrown and stakes starting to lean - has been 3 months now
