Thank you for your report. This issue is not under County jurisdiction and must be addressed by the appropriate Utility Company (Verizon, BGE, Comcast, etc). Howard County has submitted a report on your behalf, and the utility has indicated that they will look into the issue. This ticket will be closed in SeeClickFix.

Repair was made to only one of the two enclosures reported.

Can you clarify which picture is the one not fixed?

The smaller photo (NOT the main one that includes a telephone pole).
You can see a tree with mulch and part if my white dog in the photo.
As indicated, it is about 40 yards south of the one that has been fixed

See update provided on 3-21-24. Second utility enclosure is still lying on the ground. It is about 50 yards south of the intersection of Rte. 103, Brightfield Rd and Montgomery Rd. On the east side of Rte. 103 next to a residential dividing fence. See photo previously provided. Checked on 3-27-24 and it is still there.

I am attaching a photo of the utility pole next to the dangling enclosure that is still not fixed.
