Hello Schlosm3,
I believe your heart is in the right place, but your strategy is poor. If you'd like to help the homeless, this reported issue does the exact opposite.
Do you know what's going to happen to those homeless people as a result of this reported issue? If not, please let me know, and I can enlighten you.
