Thank you for reporting this issue. The Code Enforcement Officer for this area will investigate. Please know that, if the vehicle is on private property and appears to be operable and is not wrecked, dismantled, partially dismantled, or discarded and the Registration has not expired, then it is not a Junk Motor Vehicle. If the vehicle is in the street and has an unexpired Registration and appears to be operable, then it is not a Junk Vehicle. Being wrecked, dismantled, partially dismantled, or discarded and the Registration has expired then the vehicle is considered a Junk Motor Vehicle.

The CO investigated and opened a case.

Upon follow up inspection today the van is no longer there.
