On the corner of Whalley Ave and Harrison St. the hydrant is leaking water. The sign on the unit says Out Of Service. But the street is wet

The above response from the city is computer generated who knows when a human will see it. This should have been called into 203 946-6316 then posted to alert others. If this freezes tonight it can cause problems.
