Description

A contractor finished repairing the sidewalk in front of my house . He added some soil to my lawn without any seeds. The soil does not look to be suitable for growing a lawn. I would request for the contractor to add a good soil. He needs also to use seed suitable for a shaded area. Few years ago, I had repairs done due to a water break and it took some time for the lawn to grow back.
