Description

The traffic light just under the capital blvd bridge on peace street by Jersey Mikes - the pedestrian signal activates even when a pedestrian isn’t present or has pushed the button. The pedestrian signal is also quite long and I feel like this slows traffic while the signal stays white for an extended period of time. Can the time be reduced or the pedestrian signal be set to only work the button is pushed?
