Description
Observed vehicle for the last week parked on Los Arboles, east of Carlisle and west of Hermosa for a week now. Vehicle moved its way to the sidewalk and near a residence. They are now building makeshift tents and adding more grocery carts. Also there are more homeless in the alleyway behind the residence stated. Right now, there are about 7 people and it is growing by the day. They are obstructing the sidewalk and I doubt that vehicle is registered or insured. I knew it was only a matter of time before these people started making their way into residential areas.
--------> PLEASE FORWARD to Councilwoman Tammy Fiebelkorn who was elected to do a job. That job consists of paying attention to the Bel Air Neighborhood. We are being infiltrated by homeless and the crime they bring. Not to mention the illegal drugs that circulate in the area. Our homes in this area are being broken in to as well as our vehicle. Stop passing the buck and do the jobs you were elected to do. We're sick of it!

"I had talked to the people who were living in the homeless encampment, and I had explained about them blocking the sidewalk and the parking ordinance they are in violation of and the had moved the carts and stuff from the sidewalk. They had also said that they are waiting from the locksmith to help them get a key or a copy of one to move the vehicle since the key was stolen. I had also called ACS and had explained that they need assistance with their situation and to get someone back home. ACS said that they will send the request to a supervisor to have someone come out here.
Officer J. Rodriguez responded to this call."
