It would be much easier to post photos of sidewalks around St. Ray's that do not present an elevated risk of injury to all patients or a "substantial limitation" on the ability and rights of patients with disabilities to access this hospital because there do not appear to be any.
St. Ray's sits on the border of three neighborhoods. According to Datahaven, they are 29% White, 27% White and 22% White.
