Description

Overgrowth of trees/shrubbery on Hamilton Street between Sargent Drive and water Street making pedestrian passage difficult or impossible

I've reported this before as its part of my walking commute. The city likes to say they won't do anything because the other side of that fence is state property abutting the highway. That doesn't change the fact that the sidewalk is literally impassable
