Q. Please describe the issue
A. This has been an ongoing issues since they moved into this house. Originally there were large cinder blocks (some broken) used as a divider from where their yard "ends" and where the road begins. They purposefully did this so people cannot drive over their grass to move over to let another car pass. Only one car can pass at a time on this street. Recently the city removed those blocks and replaced them with the reflective rebar posts about 1 foot into their grass to accommodate for traffic to pass. We thought this was a major win for our neighborhood! However, the next day they had been picked up and moved the posts closer to the road extending their yard once again. This owner blatantly disregards surrounding neighbors and other residents of this street. They constantly are blocking the street by having their extra cars/visitors park on the street (instead of their 6 car driveway) making it even harder to pass. PLEASE HELP THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING
