If our city's ward maps are accurate, 266 Ferry Street is not in your ward (Ward 14). Rather, it's in Ward 16. It might be best to stay in your lane. Have you contacted Ward 16 Alder José Crespo?
Also, it appears you must have already obtained verifiable evidence that there are felonious activities happening at 266 Ferry Street. Otherwise, you surely would have included the word, "allegedly" in this reported issue to avoid being a suspect of false accusations.
You graduated from Yale, so I'm pretty sure you already know about all of the legalities of utilizing public forums to make accusations of serious crimes. If not, please let me know and I can train you.
