Description

There is not enough traffic on Gorman Street southbound towards Tryon to require a solid red turn arrow during morning and afternoon rush hour. I think from 4-7pm there is a solid red arrow that will not allow you to turn left from Gorman onto 40W. There is not enough traffic to require this and during other hours, it is a flashing yellow. Please consider reviewing the signal timing at this intersection.
