Keep a close watch for evidence of tampering on poles around here. Patrol during the day and night. Transients and vagrants have been stealing electricity from light poles. They're only electrified at night, so they unhook during the day time to avoid being seen with wires going into the tent, their grow up, or whatever. If you see something like this happening, report it to the city's maintenance dispatch (24/7) at 503-823-1700 and make sure you point out exposed energized wires.
