Description

Need additional "one way" and "do not enter" signs at the Shepherd @ 11th St intersection. People consistently turn south (traveling south bound) onto Shepherd, which is a one-way, north bound facility. Yes, they are driving into on coming traffic. There is only one small sign that says, one way. Very dangerous.
