my kids go to elm city and this is the park they use and many times my son comes home says they couldnt play outside or have to walk to wooster park to play because there is too much dog poop in the park

No, I already live three lives, so if someone wants one, feel free....it makes me laugh, the people who have the most insane rants & raves always say that... I swear most of them live in the dark in front of their computers....

Yes Jon seemed a little,uh touchy about it, I didn't say put diapers on dogs or bathe kids in dog pee, I don't even have little kids... It was a compromise. Dogs need to pee, too.

But! I received many other many more foul remarks, so I'm letting him have a pass.

I just happen to live close enough & run often enough to see that LOTS of people use it as a dog urinal. Like, the playground part. Really, now, is that NICE? What would your mother say if the schoolgrounds you went to smelled like pee?

Would any of the complainers mind if I let my large dog take a leak on his car tires, etc.? Just a little civility goes a long way.

So people of the Free Republic of Wooster Square, let's not get into a @#$% contest.

People seem to be using the playground area of the school as a dog urinal less frequently There are some people who don't seem to be getting it.

Maybe it's because I only have one ear, or need dental work (see my 8" x 10" glossy photo) I get dissed.

People, dogs and cats can transmit disease thru urine. Even if you're 15 - 75 years old, the kids that play on that playground are the ones who will be running the world in about 10 seconds. They won't forget.

To the vast majority of people who are finding other areas to take Barky to pee, thanks. We're all in this together.

Catlady, the school grounds have been locked for about a month (they were locked when you posted this issue, actually).
