Description

From 19th to 16th, there are 4 places where the bike lane has been dug up and not repaved. No safety cones are in place either. The hole at 16th is deep enough that someone will be badly injured. You can see the wheel ruts where people did not see the hole. Please repave asap to a flat surface.
