Tree looks very sick.

The tree in front of the building is hitting the facade of the the building. I am requesting that the tree be pruned or removed.

Tree is blocking stop sign visibility

Tree has been reported multiple times over the past year, and nothing has been done. Rotted and dead branches constantly fall on cars, branches also rubbing electric cables and transformer. Needs to be removed.
