It appears that the Tesla Charging Station located at 51 Laidlaw Ave is causing some safety concerns. Despite the absence of a driveway, the residents have been parking their Tesla on the sidewalks and charging it. This practice poses a safety hazard, especially during nighttime.

The stairs at the west side LR station have been closed off because of one broken step for over four months now. The barricades are practically abandoned and the right side is extremely crowded as people rush up and down in limited space. Can this finally be repaired? There was resources to have 20 agents checking tickets but simple stairs seem to not have the same priority.

Flower pot left in parking spot after construction was complete

Owner of the property 315 Van Nostrand Ave, Jersey City, NJ 07305 is complaining yesterday, the city workers were paving the road right in front of his property so when the roller stream rolled over my sidewalk. This caused a crack in my sidewalk. I have a picture and video from my security camera.

Resident reporting that City recently paved the street and worked on the sidewalk and in the process made the driveway smaller. The resident is requesting the city to comeback to fix the issue.
