    Request study for bridge over RR tracks on Oglethorpe St. Two issues need review. One is the transition over the hill SE-bound from a wide road to street parking with no warning and limited visibility. At minimum, some street painting to needed to show roadway changes. Two is no ramps/cuts on the bridge sidewalks, meaning anyone in a wheelchair would have to ride in the street where there is limited visibility. The high curbs also make transferring a stroller difficult.
