951 Whalley Ave New Haven, CT 06515, USA - WestvilleThe sign marking the island on Whalley Avenue in Westville was knocked down several weeks ago. This has been reported several times and still the sign is down. The sign is currently on the side of the road near BEKI synagogue. This is a safety issue as the island is new and not well lit. This really needs to be addressed before the island is hit again. Since this a well known and reported issue the City would be liable for their negligence.

21 West Rock Avenue New Haven, Connecticut - WestvilleWhat is the point of having people move their cars so the City can snow plow to the curb when the City does not plow to the curb? They are sure fast enough to ticket the cars that we are not moved. 3 days later and still not plowed and no place to park. Is this a new scheme to balance the budget or what?

32 Philip Street New Haven, Connecticut - WestvilleThe company the City hired for work in Westville Village left quite a mess at the Civil War Memorial. Planter smashed, cement splattered all over another planter. Also, another planter was moved to the sidewalk and left there. When workers were asked to put the planter back where it belongs8 the request was ignored. 67 year old volunteer and 2 passers by managed to get the planter back where it belongs. Is anyone at the City interested in how the people they hire are behaving?
